Natural Bodybuilding Battle In Cinci!!

If you’re a fan of natural bodybuilding and fitness and you’re anywhere near Cincinnati, then I have a show for you! I’m, of course, talking about the NGA 84th Annual Cincinnati Natural Bodybuilding Bodybuilding Championships!! Promoter Jared Weitzel and his team always put on a world class production and 2026 will be no different. They listen to what the people want and they constantly raise the bar from contest to contest. Competitors, fans, vendors – they all love his contests. Plus, the show is held in a premier venue. When a competitor takes the stage, David Jones (The Voice of the NGA) announces them in style and the next few seconds during that walk to centerstage make all the hard work pay off. Then it’s comparisons or individual posing routines, but the athlete(s) is the main attraction. Everything and everyone there, are there, for the competitors. The competitors make the show. They are the show.

And everyone competes on a level playing field. There’s no funny business with the NGA. You’re either 100% Natural or you’re not. There’s no gray area. It comes down to the food, the training, and the DISCIPLINE. Whoever wants it most, is going to get it! And if they don’t? They come back hungrier. That’s the nature of the beast. That’s the caliber of competitor you’re going to find there.

If you’re a natural bodybuilder, I’d tell you to sign up and compete, but let me caution you once more. I’d love nothing more than for as many people as possible to buy NGA cards and sign up to compete this Saturday, May 2nd, 2026, but you should know that the competitors that will gracing the stage at the Dave Finkelman Auditorium in Middletown, OH, aren’t competing just for fun. This is serious business for them. We’re talking about some of the best 100% natural phenoms and freaks descending on the stage. This is not to say you won’t have fun and make many new friends, but come ready. If you’re new to the sport or even if you’ve competed in other federations, I’d definitely suggest coming out and buying a ticket as a fan. See what you’re up against and plan accordingly.

To those of you seasoned NGA competitors who will competing, I wish you nothing but the best. I can’t wait to photograph and video you guys backstage and catch-up. I want to hear from you. It’s not just about the crazy physiques you present on game day, but it’s also about the backstory. How did you discover bodybuilding? Who inspired you? Who inspires you? What are you goals?

The journey is as important, perhaps even more so, than the finished project.
